DEBZ Sonoma grew out of a passion for the food and wine industry as well as inspiration from local artisans who are changing how we cook, eat, and drink. One day, in 2016, I made my first bold gesture by bottling salt and sugar blends and gifting them to friends and family. With much encouragement, I established DEBZ Sonoma and the Artisanal Sweet & Savory Collection. Much to my delight, the line was an instant success and I have grown from my home kitchen to a Sonoma Community Kitchen.
As the momentum behind DEBZ continues to grow, I will continue to expand my product line, each to enhance your dishes at the shake of a hand. My focus is to blend not only flavors familiar to the Sonoma Wine Country, but ingredients that can turn an ordinary dish into an international flavor fair.
After a long day, I like to ease into the evening with simple meals sprinkled with a DEBZ seasoning, and savor the flavor. I consider DEBZ my sous chef in a bottle and hope you'll feel the same way!
